Shipping:

 

HomePatioandCabin.com ships most orders within 1-2 business days after receipt of order (exceptions are noted on product pages). If you choose ground shipping, your order will typically take between 3 to 8 days depending on where you live. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as days in transit. Free shipping is for ground service only within the contiguous United States and ONLY FOR PRODUCTS MARKED "FREE SHIPPING. Actual shipping charges incurred by HomePatioandCabin.com will be deducted from the customer refund on returned items .

 

Expedite Your Shipment

HomePatioandCabin.com can expedite your shipment to destinations outside of the 48 contiguous states. Depending upon the item(s) you plan to purchase, you generally have the option of choosing expedited delivery methods at checkout. Our quoted prices for expedited and international delivery are the incremental amounts over ground shipping.  On returned items, the full amount of actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

How long it takes for delivery is based upon the freight carrier's shipping service. We make no promises or guarantees that a specific delivery date can be made. When deciding a shipping option, you need to take into consideration that most orders may take 1-2 business for us to process before the item is shipped. And you need to factor in that orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern will not be reviewed until the following business day and that weekends and holidays do not count as days in transit. If you order expedited shipping on a product with a long lead time (e.g. pre-orders, requires construction, etc.), the product will be shipped using the expedited service as soon as the item can be shipped.

If expedited shipping options are not presented to you during checkout, it may be because an item in your shopping cart is too large or heavy to be shipped any other method than ground. Also certain products have restrictions like aerosol spray training products that cannot be shipped using air freight. If you have special delivery needs, please contact customer service for assistance.

Cancellations

Order Cancellations must be submitted to HomePatioandCabin.com in writing prior to Midnight EST the same day as the placement of the order with the exception of expedited orders . Orders cancelled after the Midnight EST limit, but before shipment, will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Once the order has shipped, it becomes our customer's responsibility and a Return Authorization Number must be obtained once your order has arrived if you wish to return it.

Orders are not deemed cancelled until a confirmation notice is provided by HomePatioandCabin.com. Orders must be cancelled before the product has shipped and within 24 hours of order placement, or they will be deemed a product return and fall under the rules of the Return Policy. If purchaser refuses delivery it is also deemed a product return and will incur an additional $20 Refusal Fee.

Please note that custom product orders are non-cancellable after one business day and are non-refundable. If you receive a custom made product that is defective it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to customer.

Returns & Exchanges

At HomePatioandCabin.com, your satisfaction is very important to us, therefore we provide you with a 30-Day return policy*. If you are not completely satisfied, simply request a return authorization within 30 days of invoice. Check the policy details below for more information.

All returns must be authorized by HomePatioandCabin.com within 30 days from the original invoice date. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. HomePatioandCabin.com will accept no return without prior authorization. Email us to request a Return Authorization Number. Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. HomePatioandCabin.com recommends the use one of our approved carriers with proof of delivery for any return shipments. Return Authorization Numbers will only be issued within 30 days of the original invoice date and are good for a period of 15 days from the date of issue, during which period returns must be received at HomePatioandCabin.com.

To receive your Return Authorization Number, you will need to provide the following information.

Item Number of product(s) being returned
Reason for return

If any of this information is missing from your email, NO Return Authorization will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS. You should receive your Return Authorization Number via email within 3-4 business days. Please allow 14-30 days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.

Merchandise must be in a new re-sellable condition, in the original unopened packaging and must include manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected by our HomePatioandCabin.com returns specialists. We cannot accept returns on items that appear to have had prior use due to health precautions. Prior use is determined at the discretion of HomePatioandCabin.com

If you return the item for an exchange within 45 days of shipment, we will refund 100% of your purchase price less shipping & handling charges incurred by HomePatioandCabin.com.* Additionally, a  minimum 15% returns fee**  will be deducted. If you exchange for a product of similar or greater value, the returns fee will be waived.

If you return the item for a refund to your credit card within 45 days of shipment for any reason, we will refund 100% of the item price less all shipping & handling charges incurred by HomePatioandCabin.com.* Additionally, a minimum 15% returns fee** will be deducted.
